| 摘 要： | 文章研究了用来作为多晶硅薄膜太阳电池衬底的陶瓷硅材料的制备方法及其结构。对不同烧结条件制备的样品进行了XRD和SEM的测试和分析。测试分析的结果表明：形成了表面平整的陶瓷硅材料，用此方法可以获得性能良好的硅太阳电池衬底材料。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, we have studied a preparation and structure of ceramic silicon sheets for substrate of poly-Si thin film solar cells. The specimens in different condition of sinter were measured and analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that ceramic silicon sheets have been obtained with smooth surface. Using this approach, ceramic silicon sheets with good performances will be obtained by adjusting sintering condition. |
