容器内烃类气体燃爆温度与压力的数值解

摘    要:对于压力容器内的烃类气体与空气的混合物,按球面逐层绝热燃烧模型,编制了电算程序DU TGB1,在不同初始条件下计算了13种烃类气体的燃烧温度与爆炸压力,用本文实验值及文献值与之比较,燃烧温度的计算偏差为11.4%~17.6%;爆炸压力的计算偏差为-9.09%~10.16%;其中烯烃、烷烃爆炸压力的计算偏差为-5.51%~8.84%.

Abstract:Computative program DUTGB1 has been worked out for the hydrocarbon gases burning and explosion under the condition of heat insulation (S = const) and spherical surface lamellar burning in a closed vessel. The burning temperature and explosive pressure of thirteen kinds of hydrocarbon gases was computed under various original conditions. Having checked the numerical solution against the values of the paper experiments and literatures, the error of burning temperature is in 11. 4-17. 6%, the error of explosive pressure in -9. 09%-10. 16%, and the error of explosive pressure of an alkene or an alkane in -5. 51%-8. 84%.
