| Abstract: | The use of proverbs and idioms in the English teaching and learning has become one of the modern English teaching methods. This article simply discusses the use of proverbs and idioms in the English teaching and learning by use of some examples. This method shows the author's own opinions ,and gives great insight in the use of proverbs and idioms from the aspects that teachers and students realize their respective goals . |
