关于构建高职校产学组织机构的思考

“校企合作、产学结合”目前已成为高职院校培养应用型人才的成功经验和重要途径。但是由于目前针对产学结合的组织机构缺失，机构运行流于形式，导致了产学结合的良性运行机制尚未建立起来，容易引发矛盾与冲突。基于建立高效组织机构角度的思考，提出构建“学校理事会、产学发展处、系部、专业指导委员会”四位一体的产学结合组织机构平台，探讨其职责与相互之间的关系，为更深层次的产学结合机制的建立打下基础。
