| 摘 要： | 为了准确测量普通话测试员的工作态度,为国家制定相关政策提供依据,我们通过理论建构、小样本探索、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等相关手段,编制了《普通话水平面测试员工作态度调查问卷》,其信效度符合心理学相关量表编制的要求。

| Abstract: | Knowing how the Mandarin interview is carried out will provide certain evidence for related national policy. We therefore design the Questionaire on How Mandarin Interviewers Carrying out the Interview Affects Interviewees on the basis of theory foundation, small sample exploration, related factors analysis, evident factors analysis and so on. It reliability and validity meet tile psychological scales requirements. |
