相场法在凝固数值模拟中的应用

摘    要:研究了相场方法在纯物质凝固生长过程中计算模拟的应用.通过选取不同过冷度和各向异性系数进行纯物质镍的技晶生长模拟,最后采用加入非平衡扰动的方式,进行了侧向分技生长的模拟.模拟结果表明,模拟中过冷度和各向异性强度需要耦合考虑;非平衡扰动在模拟中不影响尖端生长速度.

Abstract:The phase-field method is an effective means for simulation of solidification microstructure, being the investigation hot spots at home and abroad by now. The application of phase-field method to numerical simulation of solidification propagation process of pure substance is investigated. The simulation of nickel dendritic propagation is performed by means of selecting various overcooling degrees and anisotropic coefficients. Finally, the propagation of side branched crystalline is simulated by employing unbalanced disturbance mode. The simulation result shows that the overcooling degrees and anisotropic intensity should be considered in couples, and there is no effect of unbalanced disturbance on the speed of tip growth during the simulation process.
