| 摘 要： | 结合东南大学交通类工程人才培养模式创新改革实践,分析了研究型大学交通类工程人才培养定位和培养目标,提出了交通类工程人才培养模式创新改革的思路,构建了与之相适应的课程体系和基于工程实践、科学研究的创新教学体系,并在实践基础上提出了人才培养模式创新的措施。
