| 摘 要： | 对岷江百合的子房和叶片进行组织培养。结果表明：用子房作外植体比叶片更易诱导成苗且诱导率较高。在诱导培养基上培养12d，即有芽点出现，3个月左右即可分化成苗，大大加快了百合生产化的进程。实验中还发现不同的NAA和BA浓度对芽的诱导影响较大，激素浓度为0.5mg／L NAA 1．0mg／L BA的培养基对促进子房膨大和芽的诱导效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The ovaries and leaves of Lilium as explants were cultured in virtro.Buds resulting from ovaries and leaves could be induced.The effect in inducing ovaries was better than leaves.Cultivated 12 days,bubs from ovaries would appear,and could get a large number of plantlets in about 3 months.Results also indicated that the medium adding 0.5mg/L MAA and 1.0 mg/L BA is profitable for ovary expanding and production of bud. |
