| 摘 要： | 学校教育要树立“健康第一”的指导思想,转变教育观念,彻底摒弃“竞技体育”的传统模式。本文所探讨的问题就是：将健康教育融于体育教学当中,全面增进学生的健康,更全面、更完善地推进素质教育,深化体育教学,从而全面地提高人才素质。

| Abstract: | College education should follow the guiding principle of "health first",and abandon the traditional pattern of "sports first".The paper suggests that health education should be added into physical education to improve students health and to promote quality education.As a result ,students all-round qualities will be improved. |
