煤场挡风防尘网的数值模拟

摘    要:采用数值模拟试验,首先针对不同构型的挡风防尘网进行模拟,通过压力损失和体型系数评估不同构型挡风网的挡风性能和安全性,为挡风网的选型提供依据。同时将计算得到的数据应用到煤场挡风墙整体数值模拟中,结合起尘公式,评估挡风墙在不同来流风速下的挡风抑尘效果,为煤场的挡风墙布局设计提供支持。

Abstract:Numerical experiment was adopted to obtain the pressure loss and shape coefficient of wind nets which were used to evaluate windblocking performance and security of the wind nets. The result of numerical simulation can help to decide which shape has better performance. Then different layouts of wind wall were computed and dust emission formula was used to evaluate the dustproof effect of wind wall under different wind speed which can support layout design of wind wall.
