紫花地丁挥发油化学成分分析

摘    要:使用乙醚萃取浓缩、水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取紫花地丁挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定,采用GC峰面积归一化法定量.共鉴定出21个成分,占挥发油色谱总峰面积的71.18%其中邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯(16.30%),另外有五个化合物含量超过4%.本方法快速方便,重现性好,适用于紫花地丁挥发油化学成分分析.

Abstract:The volatile oil from Viola yedoensis Makino was extracted by ethyl ether, then isolated by steam distillation method. Their chemical constituents and relative contents was analyzed by GC- MS method. Twenty one volatile components of Viola yedoensis Makino were separated and identified, which accounted for over 71.18 % of total volatile oil fraction. In addition, Diethyl Phthalate accounted for over 16.46 % of total volatile oil fraction and five compounds content over passed 4 %. The method is rapid, convenient and reproducible, therefore this method can be applied to the analysis of the volatile oil components, which was extracted from Viola yedoensis Makino components
