PDC钻头切削齿受力试验的新方法

摘    要:在设计了新型组合齿试验装置的基础上.采用二次通用旋转设计方法,在模拟钻头实际工作方式的条件下,确定了切削齿受力与钻头结构参数及布齿参数之间的关系;同时还确定了切削齿受力与侧转角、切削深度及岩性的关系建立了钻头上切削齿受力的综合计算模式,从而为PDC钻头的受力分析、布齿设计提供了依据,并为分析PDC钻头的性能提供了方便可靠的试验方法.

Abstract:n the basis of a newly designed multi-cutter testing apparatus,a numberof tests have been done by adopting the universal quadratic rotary experimentaldesigning method.The relationships among cutter forces, bit structural and cutterlayouting parameters,side rake of cutter,depth of cut and rock property have beenestablished in this paper with the situation simulating the drilling mode of an actual bit.Then,they can be used to analyze the forces on the cutters of any PDC bits,to fulfill thecutter layout on any bit crown as well.And the experimental method can be applied todetermine the cutter forces of any PDC bit if necessary.
