市场经济发育过程中的社会震荡问题

中国从传统计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转化过程中，诱发出一系列社会矛盾，这些矛盾的激化有可能引起社会震荡。但这种社会震荡是一种规律性的现象。向市场经济过渡过程中产生社会矛盾的原因主要是价值判断体系、道德规范有待于建立和完善，居民的素质有待于提高，管理体制和法制有待于建立，采取正确的对策就有可能把社会矛盾控制在可调节的限度内。
