| 摘 要： | 以1,4-二氯-2,5-二硝基甲苯为桥联剂, 通过一步合成法制备H-2MHTPP卟啉二聚体, 用MALDI-TOF质谱表征卟啉二聚体的结构, 并研究卟啉二聚体的电化学和光化学性质以及表面光电压光谱（SPS）. 结果表明, H-2MHTPP卟啉二聚体是一种p型半导体. |

| Abstract: | Using 1,4-dichloro-2,5-dinitrotoluene as bridging agent, H-2MHTPP porphyrin dimer was prepared by one-step synthesis. The structure of porphyrin dimer wascharacterized by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. The electrochemical and photochemical properties of the porphyrin dimer and the surface photovoltage spectrum (SPS) of the porphyrin dimer were studied. The results show that the H2MHTPP porphyrin dimer is a p-type semiconductor. |
