青黛中靛玉红提取溶剂的改进

摘    要:用紫外分光光度法测定了青黛中靛玉红在常用溶剂中的含量,确定了其最佳提取方法及溶剂为:盐酸处理青黛后,用乙酸乙酯提取靛玉红。

Abstract:In order to find the best solvents of extracting indirubin from Qingdai,the contents of indirubin in different solvents were determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The best results were: Qingdai was first treated with chlorhydric acid then extracted with ethyl acetate.
