催产素降低卡那霉素耳毒作用的效应

摘    要:以耳廓反射阳性的豚鼠为实验材料,记录了对照组(注射卡那霉素)和实验组(注射卡那霉素和催产素)短声(click)刺激引起的耳廓反射(Preyer’sReflex,PR)阈值及脑干诱发电位(BrainstemEvokedResponse,BSR)Ⅲ波阈值.实验结果经t检验发现,注药后两组的PR阈值及BSRⅢ波阈值有显著差异,表明催产素具有降低卡那霉素耳毒作用的效应.

Abstract:The experiments were carried on in two groups of Guinea hes. In contrast group,theanimals were injected Kanamycin (40 mg/kg i. m. ) daily for 12 days; in the test group,animalsreceived Kanamycin (400 mg/kg i. m. ) and Oxytocin (10 ig/kg i. m. ) daily for 17 days. Weexamined the threshold of Preyer's Reflex (PR) and the threshold of Brainstem EvokedResponse (BSR) stimulated by click in these two groups before and after drug injection. Theresults showed the Oxytocin has obvious effects of reducing the otoxicity caused by kanamycin.
