| 摘 要： | 用交联后的鸡睾丸切片与Ｏ２电极配合首次制备了胆固醇组织传感器．以磷酸盐缓冲溶液作载液，采用ＦＩＡ法，线性范围宽、响应时间短、使用寿命较长．该传感器制作简单、新颖、成本低廉，用于血清样品分析，取得了有意义的结果

| Abstract: | A cholesterol tissue sersor is constructed with a crosslinked slice of cock testicle tissue coupled with amperometric oxygen sensing electrode for the first time.Optimal conditions include a phosphate buffer.FIA is adopted.The sensor displays rapid reponse to time,the linear Rang is wide,and the lifetime is long.The sersor is smiple,novel and it has the advantage of lower cost.It has been applied to the determination of total cholesterol concentrations in human sera. |
