| 摘 要： | 诱变转化和选择，是细胞工程产业化的重要环节，本文论述了诱变转化及选择的方法学及选择处理，介绍了抗药性选择法，营养缺陷型选择法，ＰＮＳ法，ＰＣＲ法和标记特异位点表达法等选择方法及其选择系统并对它们的优势与不足进行了比较。
