| Abstract: | As a network administrator,understanding and controlling normal business traffic and its characteristics in Internet,is a premise to puts network into practice safety management.The technique of NetFlow and its application in the aspects of excrescent traffic in Internet monitoring are expatiated,how to adopt the protection measure to the excrescent discharge in Internet in the network layer and its techniques constitute are put forward,and a homologous of safe strategy is given. |
