| 摘 要： | 本文利用时滞生产函数理论，在研究生产要素的投入变化对产出的影响的基础上，通过对分段式要素投入，导致产出增长率变化的特征的分析，揭示了生产系统的一些暂态特性，对于用生产系统的指标来反映社会经济宏观调控的力度和效果进行了尝试。

| Abstract: | By means of the characteristics analysis of output growth rate change according to picewise factor input,some transient characteristics of production system are established with the application of the time-lag production function theory based on the study of the effect of productive factor of input upon output.This paper tries to represent the strength and effect of the macro control of the socioeconomic system with the performance indexes of production system. |
