天南星中草酸钙的形态及其对钉螺作用的研究

用天南星中草酸钙针晶处理钉螺,并用扫描电镜技术检测钉螺表面损伤情况,结果表明:24 h时,5、2.51、g/L的草酸钙针晶的钉螺致死率为63.33%,10%,0;72 h时5 g/L的草酸钙针晶对钉螺致死作用已接近100%.经过草酸钙针晶对钉螺活动影响实验和扫描电镜检测,可以看出发现草酸钙针晶对钉螺的活动具有抑制作用,可以将草酸钙针晶作为一种有效的灭螺辅助药剂.

The calcium oxalate crystal in Arisaema erubescens Schott and its effect towards Oncomelania hupensis

The calcium oxalate crystal from Arisaema erubescens Schott was used to kill the Oncomelania hupensis and scanning electron microscope was used to check the snails＇ injuriousnesses.The result showed that,after 24 hours,the death rate of 5 g/L was 63.33%,and the death rate of 2.5 g/L was only 10%,when we use 1 g/L,it had almost no lethal effect against the snails.Until 72 hours,the death rate of 5 g/L is near 100%.And by the snails＇ moving inhibition test and electron microscopy,we found that the calcium oxalate crystal could restrain the snails＇ moving in a certain extent.In conclusion,the calcium oxalate crystal could be used as a secondary pharmaceutical in molluscacide.
