摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳技术,根据八种痴蝗EST同工酶酶带数目和相对迁移率及体形态特征的比较初步确定了它们间的亲缘关系。

Abstract:The vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic technique was used to separate isozymes of esterase for eight species of Bryodema(Bryodema gebleri mongolicum Zub. B. medium sp. nov. Bgebleri gebleri(F. -W.) B. -Bienko B. luctuosum luctuosum (Stoll) B. kozlovi B. -Bienko)The dif- ferenses among species was compared according to their relative mobility and morphological char- acters of every species. Therefer. we can morphological characters of every species. Therefer. we can determin their close relationships preliminarily.
