摘    要:以2-氰基-3,3-二甲硫基丙烯腈和S-烷基异硫脲盐为原料,在KF/Al2O3催化下合成了5个标题化合物。所有结构均经IR、^1H-NMR和元素分析确证,并做了初步活性测试。

Abstract:Five 5 cyano 4 amino 6 methylthio 2 alkylthiopyrimidine compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 2 cyano 3,3 dimethylthioacrylonitrile with isothiuronium salts in the presence of KF/Al 2O 3. The structures of these compounds were determined by IR? 1H NMR and elemental analysis and their biological activities were preliminarily evaluated.
