可编程大型舵叶锥孔加工专机的设计

摘    要:大型舵叶锥孔存普通设备上不能加工,必须采用大型数控镗床或加工专机加工.文中以17万吨油轮舵叶锥孔加工为例,提出可编程大型舵叶锥孔加工专机的设计方案,包括机械原理、电气原理、液压原理和PLC软件设计.经过理论和实践证明,加工专机可以改变同内大型舵叶锥孔加工的落后局面,可广泛用于各种类型的舵叶锥孔的加工,具有深远意义.

Abstract:The cone holes of heavy-duty rudder blade could not be machined in the common machine tools. They must be processed in heavy-duty NC boring machines or dedicated machine tools. With the example of rudder blade in the 170 000 t tank, a design scheme for machining these holes is put forward by using a programmable machine tool,including mechanical principle, electrical control principle,hydraulic principle and PLC software. The theoret- ical and practical results indicate that the usage of dedicated machine tools can change the backward situation in the processing of the conic holes of heavy-duty rudder blades in China, and this machine tool can also be used to machine various kinds of conic holes in the rudder blades.
