摘    要:为获得用于分析太阳能制冰样机运行性能及长期性能的实验数据,就样机所采用的活性炭207E4-甲醇的吸附性能及在甲醇热分解模拟实验中用的活性炭吸附能力的变化进行了测试。

Abstract:In order to obtain the experimental data for analysing the running performance and the long term performance of solar powered ice making prototype, the adsorptive properties of activated carbon (A.C.)207E4 methanol used in the prototype has been tested, and the change of adsorptive ability of activated carbon obtained from the methanol thermal decomposition simulation experiment is tested too. A new simple method is proposed for enhancing the mass transfer and the adsorptive ability of activated carbon, improving the ice_making ability of the system. The results show that correlation coefficient r has great effect on the processing results when experiment data are processed by D_A equation. Only when r is the same or D_R equation is used, the COP resulting from the adsorptive data of various adsorptive pairs can be compared. The most appropriate method of data processing is discussed to give a criterion from which all researchers in this field could compare different values of COP.
