卤碳菁增感染料的FABMS研究

摘    要:本文介绍了几个典型碳染料的FABMS实验结果。它们的低分辨和高分辨及亚稳离子分析说明,在FAB条件下,它们的质谱中都存在分子的正离子部分被检出的离子(M-X)峰(M为分子量,X为化合物中的卤元素)、代表染料组成的特征离子碎片峰、能判别杂环核结构的特征离子峰、大量符合碎裂规律的碎片离子峰;负离子方式时可以给出染料结构中含的卤元素。用这些结果可判定被分析染料的结构和元素组成。实验证明了FABMS是研究离子型、难气化、易热解增感染料的一种好方法。

Abstract:In this paper,a few typical carbocyanine dyes are studied by means ofFABMS.By analysing lower and higher resolution mass spectrogram and metastable ionpeaks,we get approximate molecular ion(M - X)peak of this sort of dye,where M isthe molecular weight,X is the halogen,feature ion fragment peaks repressentingcompsition of dye,feature ion peaks that we can use to differentiate,heterocyclic nucleusstructure and large amount of fragment ion peaks being in line with the fragmentationlow. By negtiveion ion mode,we can identified halogen contained in structure of dye. Usethese results,we can judge the stucture of being analysed dye and the elementscompsition. These experiments prove that FABMS is the best way to study ion form hardgasitification,easy thermol decomposition dye at the present time.
