基于物元理论的工序相似性识别方法

摘    要:利用相似工序法构造大量数据样本,针对工序相似性判别问题,提出基于物元理论的相似性识别方法.建立工序相似判别的物元模型,确定经典域和节域,通过计算关联函数值,确定权系数,计算隶属度和隶属判断等步骤,从质量特征相同或相似的多个工序中识别出与期望工序最相近的一组,实现工序相似性识别.结合实际生产进行实例分析,结果表明:与传统的分类方法相比,该方法易于编写程序,减少了人为因素的影响,使评判结果更加合理.
