切削参数对CFRP制孔缺陷及孔壁质量影响研究

选取不同的切削参数,对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)制孔质量有很大影响。因此深入研究碳纤维复合材料在使用不同类型刀具下选取不同的切削参数的制孔缺陷具有重要意义。本文设计了单因子试验,选取制孔刀具传统麻花钻、螺旋铣刀、台阶钻、烛心钻,分别在不同切削参数下对CFRP进行了切削制孔试验,并且利用超景深电子显微镜观测加工缺陷,使用表面粗糙度测量仪测量孔壁粗糙度,并引入分层因子的概念对出口缺陷进行了分析对比研究。研究结果表明,在CFRP制孔中孔壁表面粗糙度受主轴转速的影响比较大,远远超过了进给量,通过选择适当的切削参数,能够获得较小孔出口处的分层缺陷,并且能够有效提高孔表面质量。

The Research of the Influence on Making Hole Defects and the Quality of Hole Wall by Choosing Different Cutting Parameters

Selecting different cutting parameters has a great impact on the the quality of making hole of the carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP). So under different cutting parameters of making hole defects further study of carbon fiber composite materials is of great significance by use of different types of cutting tools. This paper design the single factor experiment, and by selecting different system of traditional twist drill, helical milling, step drill, brad drill, cutting system hole test for CFRP was made. Using super depth of field electron microscope observes hole machining defects, and the surface roughness measuring instrument is used to measure the hole wall roughness. At the same time, introducing the concept of hierarchical factor analyses the defects of import and export. The research results show that the affection of the wall surface roughness by spindle speed is larger than by the feeding. And by selecting the appropriate cutting parameters, we can get small orifice of delamination defects, and effectively improve the surface quality of hole.
