| Abstract: | In the paper, the author first explains the definition of the term, rubbish resources and the signigicances of disposal of rubbish resources; and then offers some meaningful means of disposing rubbish as useful resources. Based on the features of city rubbish, the author suggests some ways on the collection and disposal of rubbish respectively. Finally the author states some factors related to the disposal of rubbish resources, such as economic conditions, administration means, education and so on. |
