| 摘 要： | 以从土壤中分离得到的产谷氨酰胺转胺酶菌株H-197为研究对象,研究了其在固体培养基中的形态学、生理生化特性,初步鉴定其为链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp).同时研究了表面活性剂和抗氧化剂对酶产量的影响.结果显示,0.1%的PEG2000和1 mmol/L的GSH对酶的产生有一定的促进作用.

| Abstract: | The physiological and biochemical characteristics of a transglutaminase producing strain H-197 isolated from soil was studied.The strain was identified as Streptomyces sp according to its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics on the solid medium.And the effect of surfactants and antioxidants on the production of MTG in the liquid medium was investigated also.The result showed that the production of MTG could be improved by 0.1% PEG2000 and 1 mmol/L GSH. |
