摘    要:以钢管水压试验机液压系统为研究对象,阐述了水压试验机的工作流程和主液压系统工作磊理:选择AMESim作为软件环境,建立了该系统基于AMESim的主要元件子模型,并搭建成完整的某钢厂3号线水压试验机主液压系统模型,设置了模型中的主要参数,实现了该液压系统动态性能仿真.仿真结果表明,应用AMESim软件可以有效地对钢管水压试验机主液压系统进行模拟,取得了较好的结果,为进一步的深入研究奠定了坚实的基础.

Abstract:The main hydraulic system of Hydraulic Tube Tester was taken as an example, and the workflow of Hydraulic Tube Tester and the operating principle of its main hydraulic system were introduced. AMESim was selected as the software environment, and the model of the system was built based on the sub-models of main components. The main parameters of the model were set according to the 3# Hydraulic Tube Tester in a steel mill, and then the dynamic simulation of the main hydraulic system was achieved. The simulation results show that it is available to simulate the main hydraulic system of Hydraulic Tube Tester through AMESim, and it is quite good. This method has established a solid basis for further deep-going study of this system.
