盘式制动器热弹性耦合分析

摘    要:探讨了汽车盘式制动器的摩擦接触热弹性耦合非线性问题及其分析方法.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS 8.1建立盘式制动器热弹性耦合分析的三维有限元模型,确定对模型求解的边界条件、载荷步及模拟工况,研究进行制动器热弹性耦合分析的过程,通过仿真计算得到制动器工作过程中制动盘瞬态温度场、应力场等重要信息.

Abstract:A finite element simulation method for thermo-elastic coupling problems including frictional contact during operation process of automobile disc brake is studied.The thermo-elastic coupling finite element analysis methods for friction-induced heat transfer,contact problem and deformation of structures under multi-physical conditions are discussed,and the numerical simulation methods are also introduced.Then,a three dimensional finite element model of the disc brake is built with finite element analysis tool ANSYS 8.1,with displacement and thermal boundary conditions given.The loading process and a typical cyclic braking mode are set up.A finite element analysis procedure for the thermo-mechanical coupling simulation of the brake is implemented.The numerical results include the disc's transient temperature distribution and von Mises stress distribution.
