| 摘 要： | 随着护理模式的转变，我院设立神经内科为整体护理疗区，在整体护理中我科采用小组连续负责制护理方式，按照护理程序的方法为病人提供全面、系统的服务，提高了我科护士从理论到实践，正确应用护理程序的能力，还充分体现了以病人为中心，提高护理质量，增加病人满意度，收到较好的临床效果.

| Abstract: | With the transformation of nursing pattern,our hospital has established department of neuroscience as treatment section of holistic nursing. Our section adopted the group system with continuous job responsibility in the course of treatment. Patients were provided with comprehensive and systematic service in accordarce with care program. It enhances nurses' ability to apply care program properly in terms of theory and practice. It fully embodies the patient - centred concept and has good chinical effects. |
