| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作的工作性质和要求，除了普遍意义上的共性外，还有其固有的特性。表现为工作目标的明确性、工作对象的特殊性、工作范围的相对固定性和工作环境的优越性。这一特性要求其必须塑造好自身的人格形象。高校思想政治工作塑造优秀的人格形象要做到：“正”字为首，以“试”为本，务“实”为要，用“情”换心，以“博”取胜。
