| 摘 要： | 从高校人才培养与企业人才需求的供需矛盾出发，分析了高校在人才培养上存在的问题，提出了人才资源库结合人才资源管理平台的系统解决方案（人才工场），以期缓解高校人才培养与企业用人之间错位的矛盾。

| Abstract: | Based on the contradiction between colleges＇ talent production and the human resources needs on enterprises＇ part, the paper first analyzes the problems in Institutions of Higher Learning for producing talents. And then, the author puts forward the systematic solution plan, that is, the combination of talents resources bank and the platform for human resources management, so as to dissolve the contradiction between colleges＇ talent production and enterprises＇ human resources needs. |
