一种循环灰积碳失活后活性再生特性研究

摘    要:为解决焦油裂解中流化床气化技术的问题,以焦油的两种主要组份苯和甲苯为对象,利用固定床反应器对一种烟煤形成的循环灰失活后通过燃烧其催化活性的再生特性进行了实验研究,测定了再生循环灰条件下的裂解反应动力学参数。实验结果表明,通过空气条件下燃烧,循环灰的活性得到完全再生,再生前后气态裂解产物变化很小。该结果对循环床气化具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Tar cracking is the key problem in coal gasification with a fluidized bed with the main components of tar being benzene and toluene. The use of coking for regeneration of the deactivate ash to promote the far cracking reactions was experimentally investigated. A fixed bed reactor was used with ash from a kind of bituminous coal in a circulating fluidized bed boiler. The cracking reaction kinetic parameters were measured under various conditions. The experimental results showed that coking ash with combustion in air can completely regenerate the deactivate circulating ash for the far cracking reactions, with no effect on the gas cracking products. The results will facilitate coal gasification with fluidized beds.
