浅谈云南省新平县防震减灾工作

云南省新平县地震地质构造复杂,历史上曾多次发生过破坏性地震,属地震设防高烈度区,多年来一直被国家和省列为重点监视防御区和地震重点危险区,做好新平县防震减灾工作显得尤为重要。本文对新时期、新形势下新平县开展防震减灾工作所做的一些尝试以及在防震减灾职能的发挥、基础设施建设、震害防御、地震应急等诸多方面取得的进步进行总结,以便更好地促进新平县防震减灾工作健康发展。

Quakeproof and Disaster-reduction Operation Discussion in Xinping County Yunnan Province

Xinping County of Yunnan Province, which has been listed as the provincial and national key region of earthquake monitoring and defending as well as the critical earthquake risk area,has a complicated seismic structure and has been stricken by several destructive earthquakes in history. It has a high seismic fortification intensity and therefore the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work is of great significance in Xinping. In order to promote the healthy development of the Quakeproof and Disaster--reduction Operation Discussion there, this paper provides a conclusion on aspects concerning the attempts Xinping has made under new times and situation,the role it has played, the infrastructure construction, the disaster prevention and the earthquake emergency resvonse.
