| 摘 要： | 南通市企业工程技术研究中心的建设与发展与全市经济社会发展的总体水平和兄弟城市相比仍然存在一定差距.促进工程技术研究中心的建设与发展必须加强对南通市重点支柱产业的科技引领能力,实施绩效滚动支持,培育一批示范工程技术研究中心.工程技术研究中心应加强人才引进工作力度,与地方高校共建,促进产学研联合.同时,政府加大财政资金的投入,开发性配王科技支援,加强宣传力度以扩大科技基础设施影响力.
