| Abstract: | On the basis of the theory of dual economy,this paper provides a economic dynamical model which lays emphasis on the balanced development between agricultural sector and industrial sector.Some discussions and numerical experiments are held on the model,and policy suggestions are presented as well as theoretical conclusions. |
