基于MAPGIS的测绘成果查询系统的设计与实现

测绘是国土部门工作的基础,是土地交易及土地登记发证工作的前提保证,为土地交易及建设提供技术保障.测绘工作的发展需要大量的基础数据作为信息支撑,单次测绘成果需要整合起来以保证测绘工作的准确性,所以建立一个相应的查询系统能更好的为测绘工作服务.利用GPs采集道路、宗地等数据,将采集到的GPS数据进行处理作为基础数据,然后用MAPGIS软件进行二次开发,建立测绘成果查询系统.该系统以阜新市为例,可以进行阜新市的道路、宗地信息查询.通过查询可以了解到道路属性信息及宗地相关属性信息等.此系统是以MAPGIS为平台,用VB编程实现.可以对道路名称、长度、宽度、控制红线及宗地权属、权利人、面积、界线等要素的查询.

The design and realization of the Traffic route survey system on MAPGIS

Traffic route is the foundation of Land and Resources Department＇s work,and it guarantees not only the land transactions and the land registration, but also the land development.The development of traffic route requires a lot of basic data as the information support. To ensure its accuracy, all the traffic route data must be integrated together, so a query system should be established to better support the traffic route.Collect data on traffic routes by using GPS,and make the collected data as the basic ones by data processing, then establish the query system after further data development by using MAPGIS.Take Fuxin as an example,this system can help to search the city＇s roads and land parcels information,and all the related properties could be understood after the inquiry.Based on MAPGIS, this system is realized through VB programs.It can provide all the important information about the name,length,width, building control line,land parcels properties,oblige,size,boundary line and so on.
