| 摘 要： | 该文提出了一种可方便壳程清洗的管壳式换热器,该换热器用喷淋定距管取代定距杆,并加装了排污短接管,从而实现壳程的不抽芯清洗,克服了普通管壳换热器壳程难于清洗的难题.因而,对于换热器提高使用效率、降低清洗维护成本、延长使用寿命具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | This article presents a shell and tube heat exchanger which can be conveniently cleaning in shell--side. This heat exchanger replace the spray--spacer pipe with the fixed pitch lever, and add the sewage nipples, which makes the shell--side not pulling cleaning. It has overcome the problem of the common shell and tube heat exchanger is difficult to clean, Thus, it is very vital significance for heat exchangers to improve efficiency, reduce cleaning and maintenance costs , extend the service life. |
