基于图像处理的珍珠形状和螺纹检测系统研究

摘    要:针对目前珍珠形状和螺纹自动检测困难的问题,该文设计开发了一种基于图像处理的检测系统,采用单向光源和环形光源结合的照明方案,利用变焦显微系统、图像传感器、图像采集卡以及图像处理软件,来自动、准确的检测珍珠的形状、大小和螺纹信息.

Abstract:According t. the difficult problem of automatic detecting pearl shape and thread, a detection system based on image processing is developed, which applies an one--way light combined with ring light, a zoom microscopic, an image sensor with 1280.1024 pixels, an image capture card and a special image processing soft to capture and detect pearl shape, size and thread automatically, quickly.
