摘    要:针对抽油技术的现状和存在的问题 ,设计了一种不同于有杆抽油方法的井下自动跟踪式抽油装置。这种装置的地下部分为自同步换向式抽油装置。论述了井下自同步换向式抽油装置 (信号反馈式抽油装置 )的换向原理和地面电控装置的工作原理及地面平衡缸与井下动力液缸的位置匹配和调节技术措施。设计表明 ,这种新型抽油装置具有结构简单、加工容易、成本低、工作可靠等特点 ,适宜于深井抽油 ,液压站可远离井口控制 ,便于集中管理。

Abstract:A down-hole autotracking well pumping unit different from the conventional pumping unit was designed. This pumping unit fits a down-hole automatic transfer unit controlled on the ground. The working principle of motor-driven control system of the down-hole automatic transfer well pumping unit was analyzed. The matched position and the adjustment techniques for fluid balancing cylinder on the ground with the down-hole working fluid cylinder were analyzed using the down-hole seepage flow theory. The result indicates that the new type of well pumping unit has some good properties such as its simple structure, low cost, working reliability and high efficiency.
