湛江市东海岛区位与产业SWOT分析

通过对广东第一大岛——湛江东海岛经济区空间区位的多尺度分析,能明确它的陆地腹地和海域可通达的最近和最远连接节点。根据东海岛深水良港特点和铁矿、煤炭资源的便捷配置,可以预测到其应作为我国南部沿海重化工产业的新生地带之一。通过SWOT分析可知,毗邻珠三角、港澳地区的东海岛,适逢珠三角产业转移大好机遇,具有较大的区位优势和时间的先机。但是,北部湾经济区的崛起对东海岛经济区的产业发展带来了影响和挑战。探讨出东海岛经济区产业开发有效模式,对同种类的＂海岛型＂区域资源利用与开发,具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of Industry Development in Donghai Island of Zhanjiang Economic Zone

Through multi-scale analysis of the Donghai Island in Zhanjiang City,the largest one in Guangdong province,the inland zones of land and the farthest,the connected and reached nodes can be concluded.After combining with the characteristics of the deep port of Donghai,with iron and coal mines resources,we can predict that it will become an important heavy-chemistry industrial zone in south China coastal areas.We also conclude by SWOT analysis that the island is in good location and time priority for its near Pearl Delta Area,Hong Kong and Macau.Moreover,it happens to meet the industry shift and transformation.However,the North Gulf economic area is erupted and has been a great challenge to Donghai Island.This paper presents a developmental model and a prediction method to a sea island economic area.The study will surely shed some light on other island-typed area＇s assessment of resource utilization and development.
