| 摘 要： | 在研究现有多种电子提花装置的基础上,针对电子提花织机的实际需求,介绍了作者开发的电子提花机用电磁阀电磁参数自动检测系统,同时给出了系统的设计思想、系统的硬件结构和软件的设计方法,阐述了配置多种高精度数字仪表、结合PC机和单片机联合控制的计算机电磁测量技术.实践表明,该系统达到了设计要求并取得了很好的使用效果.

| Abstract: | On the basis of researching several kinds of electronic jacquard mechanism and for the actual requires of electronic jacquard loom, this paper introduce the electromagnetic parameters automatic test system of electromagnetic valve for Electronic Jacquards which we exploited, gives the hardware structure and software implementation method of the system. We also expatiate on the way of using electromagnetic measurement technology of under the computer and microcontroller disposing high accuracy digital measuring meters. The running result shows that the test system has realized design expectance, and has gotten very good effect. |
