| 摘 要： | 对经济全球化趋势下我国高校所面临的人才资源开发与管理问题，从知识经济的高度进行了分析，指出了尽快从传统的人事管理向人才资源开发与管理转变的必要性，并提议将大力培养创新型人才作为人事改革的核心内容。

| Abstract: | This paper, from the viewpoint of knowledge-based economy, analyses problems in the development and management of talent resources in colleges and universities under the influence of economic globalization, points out the immediate necessity to shift from the traditional personal administration to the talent resources development and management, and suggests the cultivation of the creative type of talent should focus on personnel administration reform. |
