| 摘 要： | 准直白光入射到一定膜厚的知形位相光栅,由于光栅的消光机制,透过光栅的各级衍射光都具有一定的颜色,即矩形位相光栅可以作为彩色滤波器。水文介绍了产生颜色的机理和制作各色滤波器的方法。
