| 摘 要： | 用分光光度法测定盐酸平痛新片剂的含量,克服了非水滴定因辅料干扰须加热使溶解后方能测定的缺点,平均回收率100.0％,变异系数0.27％(n=6)。此法简便、快速、精确。

| Abstract: | A spectrophotcmetric method for nefopam hydrech-loridum dctermina-tion in its tabellae has been established to overcome the hotting in nonaqucous titration due to the disturbamce by the tabellae base. The average recovery of nefopam hydrochloridum is 100.0% and coefficient of variation0.27% (n=6). This method is simple, rapid and accurate. |
