| 摘 要： | 中国西部大开发战略的实施不是偶然之举,它是党的领导人尤其是邓小平同志高瞻远瞩,在二十世纪八十年代对中国未来发展所作的宏伟规划。邓小平同志关于先富后富共同富的重要论述和“两个大局”的战略构想,是对西部大开发的重要的理论探索,为西部大开发的实施提供了重要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | It's not a fortuitous move to carry out the strategy of exploring the west of China, but the leaders' outlooks, especially Deng Xiaoping's for China's future plans in 1980s.It's an important exploration in theory that Deng Xiaoping's statement on being rich early or late, or simultaneously, and the plot of two situations. Meanwhile, the theory provides an essential basis for managing to explore the west of China. |
