| 摘 要： | 利用我国能源消费总量的历史数据,采用灰色预测法建立预测模型,再利用径向基(RBF)神经网络对灰色预测模型结果进行预测,以作为其最终的预测值.实验结果表明,灰色RBF网络模型在预测精度方面优于单一的灰色模型.该模型计算简便,有较高的拟合和预测精度,拓宽了灰色模型的应用范围.

| Abstract: | Based on the historical data of China's total energy consumption,forecast model is established using grey prediction model GM(1,1).Then the prediction is put into RBF neural network and the results as the final prediction of China's total energy consumption.The test results show that the prediction on the basis of the combined forecast methods is precise.Thus,the Grey-RBF Neural Network model can improve the precision of the GM(1,1) model and extend its application. |
